Bartender, or Mixologist as it is sometimes known, is a very important position in the Restaurant and Bar industry. He prepares customers drinks and receives orders on demand. The Bartender’s personality is a critical part of his job. He listen’s to clients wants and needs. The bar can become a familiar place with familiar faces and that builds a bond between peoples (Customers and Employees). He helps clients to relax and enters into discussion which they can relate to. The selling conversation becomes centred around relationships:

“Bartenders must become so familiar with customers, he should be able to relate to his customers and be able to not only call them by their name but recall their orders easily. A concept of perceived friendship.”

The passage is attributed to an unknown typesetter in the 15th century who is thought to have scrambled parts of Cicero’s De Finibus Bonorum et Malorum for use in a type specimen book. It usually begins with:
