By accessing our website, creating a Club VIP membership account, making a reservation, placing an order, or otherwise using any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Club VIP, located at Don McKay Blvd, #1, Resilience Square Plaza, Marsh Harbour, Abaco, Bahamas.

In addition to the age requirement, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Club VIP membership is free and provides access to loyalty rewards, reservation management, exclusive offers, and your personal order history. Each person may hold only one membership account. Accounts are non-transferable.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

• Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message.
• Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time. Late arrivals may result in your table being released.
• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
• Club VIP reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations at its discretion.

• All prices are in Bahamian Dollars (BSD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Menu items are subject to availability. Substitutions may be offered at the discretion of kitchen staff.
• Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests who have provided satisfactory proof of age (18+).
• Club VIP practices responsible service of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or disorderly.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing outside alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

Loyalty points are earned on qualifying purchases and may be redeemed for discounts or rewards as outlined in the Club VIP Loyalty Programme. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Club VIP reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including your date of birth.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or other users' accounts.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Club VIP staff or other guests.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website without permission.

All content on our website and application — including logos, images, text, menus, and software — is the property of Club VIP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club VIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Club VIP, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Bahamas.
