Can I browse the menu without an account?

Yes. The menu is public. Sign in or create a customer profile when you want to order online. Existing customers can use the password-reset option.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery is available on request, subject to confirmation of your location, timing and any delivery charge.

Can I request a birthday cake or pastries?

Yes. Send your preferred date, servings and ideas. Our team will discuss availability and provide a quotation. An inquiry does not confirm an order.

Do you cater or host private events?

Contact us about catering or venue hire. Share your date, guest count and requirements so we can discuss the arrangements.

How do I find events?

Visit our Events page or contact the team for current details and booking availability.

How do I change or cancel a request?

Contact hello@clubvip.fun or call (242) 367-4847 as soon as possible. Include your reference and requested change. Ask the team to confirm the applicable cancellation terms before accepting a quotation or making payment.

Can I pay by card online?

Online card payment integration is planned. The card names in the footer are not confirmation that online card payments are currently enabled.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Please discuss allergies and dietary requirements with our team before ordering so we can confirm what can be accommodated.
