About Club VIP
Club VIP offers food, drinks, catering, pastries, cakes and event-related services in Marsh Harbour, Abaco, Bahamas. Contact hello@clubvip.fun for assistance. These terms describe use of our website and requests made through it.
Orders and bookings
Menu browsing is available without signing in. A customer account is required to order online. Keep your account information accurate and do not share your password or verification codes. A catering, cake, venue or delivery inquiry is not confirmation of an order or booking. Availability, scope, price and any required deposit must be confirmed with our team.
Prices and payments
Check the currency, total, delivery charges and any additional charges before confirming an order or accepting a quotation. Online card integration is planned; displaying card brands does not mean online card payments are enabled. Do not send card numbers or card security codes through email, WhatsApp or website inquiry forms.
Cancellations
Bookings, catering and events require at least 7 days’ cancellation notice before the scheduled date. Pastry orders require at least 3 days’ notice. A deposit is forfeited when cancellation is made after the applicable deadline. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Service requirements
Tell us about allergies, dietary needs, access requirements and delivery instructions before confirming your request. Alcohol is restricted to customers aged 18 or older and remains subject to applicable licensing and age verification.
Questions or problems
Contact us promptly with your order or booking reference and a description of the issue. Nothing on this website is intended to remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
