Sign in or create your customer profile. Keep your name, birthday and personal mobile number current, then apply for your plan.

Pay with the team

Online membership payments are not available yet. Pay for Gold or Platinum at the Club VIP register with a team member. Your paid plan activates after payment is verified.

Show your phone

Open your live digital card for the cashier to scan or enter your member number. Track your purchases, points and benefits in your dashboard. Cards are personal and non-transferable.

A few things to know

Paid plans last 12 months, with manual renewal and no automatic renewal charge. Food points exclude alcohol, tax, tips, fees, gift certificate purchases, tickets, membership and party fees. 100 points = B$1 reward value; redeem from 500 points, up to 25% of eligible food. Points expire after 12 months without a qualifying paid purchase.

Monthly delivery credits and Platinum drinks renew on your membership monthly anniversary and do not roll over. Birthday gifts are once per calendar year in your birthday month. Alcohol requires staff age verification. Birthday and monthly drinks cannot both be redeemed on one ticket. Party capacity, duration, taxes, charges and other inclusions need written confirmation. Promotional email, SMS and WhatsApp preferences remain your choice.
